Gypsum Management & Supply, Inc. is the leading North American distributor of gypsum wallboard and specialty building materials. We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Operations Manager to assist in managing our warehouse and delivery teams efficiently. The ideal candidate will have broad knowledge of building supplies and home improvement products, with at least two years of experience in a similar role. Key Responsibilities Oversee coordination of shipping, operations, and transportation teams. Provide clear direction to operations staff to achieve high levels of effectiveness in operations. Assist in daily tasks to support efficient management of the warehouse and delivery teams. Support customer service, order entry, reporting, and other operational duties as needed. Measure and report effectiveness of warehouse, shipping, operations, and transportation teams. Requirements Broad knowledge of building supplies and home improvement products. At least two years of experience in a similar role. Prior delivery experience required. Competent with Microsoft Excel and Navision. Valid forklift certification is an asset. Effective communication skills and ability to read and speak English. Ability to problem solve, prioritize, and manage multiple assignments. Physical requirements include: Ability to lift and carry up to 100lbs. Pulling, pushing, bending and torso twisting movements with weight.
