Job Summary This senior-level position is responsible for overseeing financial analysis and business development initiatives to support strategic growth. Key Responsibilities Manage complex financial and business analysis to inform strategic decision-making. Provide recommendations to Senior Management, acting as a trusted advisor with strong financial expertise. Drive analysis on new business opportunities, including market research, competitive benchmarking, and trend analysis. Conduct financial evaluations, including forecasting, valuation, and cost assessments across various market segments. Apply a solid understanding of different business models and industry dynamics to support growth initiatives. Design, implement, and manage reporting tools and analytics dashboards to track performance and strategic outcomes. Anticipate future reporting needs and develop KPIs and success metrics accordingly. Requirements Minimum 4 years'' experience working in a financial analysis position. Experience with financial analysis, Excel modeling, reporting, and FP&A. Experience within the Wealth Management, brokerage, and or Financial Services industry are preferred. Completion of or working towards a financial/accounting designation (CPA: CA, CMA, CGA) and/or CFA or MBA is strongly preferred.
