Senior Financial Executive This position is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Executive to lead our financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex financial information to stakeholders. The Senior Financial Executive will be responsible for overseeing our month-end processes, reconciliations, and internal reporting to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. This will include reviewing and producing period-end variance reports and commentary. Additionally, the Senior Financial Executive will be accountable for accurate and timely monthly/quarterly financial reporting to ensure compliance with internal and external reporting requirements (in accordance with IFRS). The successful candidate will also be responsible for coordinating, analyzing, and presenting monthly financial performance to the Executive Team, Senior Management, and the organization as a whole. Other key responsibilities include owning the quarterly financial forecasting process, providing leadership and guidance to direct reports, ensuring continual development and performance expectations, and fostering a collaborative team environment. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor''s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or a related field, along with professional accounting designation (CPA, CMA, or CA). A minimum of 10+ years of accounting and/or finance experience, including at least 5 years in a management role, is required. Key qualifications include high business acumen, ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines, and strong ability to influence without authority. The successful candidate will also be well-organized, data-driven, detail-oriented, and able to work variable hours when required. North American travel will be required (up to 25%).
