Job Title: Strategic Financial Analyst About the Opportunity: We are seeking an experienced Strategic Financial Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for developing business plans and optimizing financial processes to drive efficiencies while maintaining a strong compliance culture. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to assist in the development of financial business plans and track variances on an ongoing basis. Active participation in annual budgeting processes is required. Responsibilities: Responsible for working with cross-functional teams to develop business plans and optimize financial processes. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of financial systems and tools to support efficient and accurate data analysis. Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline financial processes, enhance reporting, and leverage systems more effectively. Required Skills and Qualifications: Candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in FP&A with some exposure in Supply Chain Finance or Operational Finance. Strong business partnering background is essential. Ability to build models from scratch using data visualization skills is required.
