Finance Manager Job Opportunity About the Position: We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with experience in managing day-to-day accounting operations. Maintain and oversee financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports. Lead the preparation of financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses. Coordinate and support external audits, liaising with auditors as needed. Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Track repair job costs, parts inventory, and labor expenses to ensure profitability and identify savings opportunities. About You: We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor''s degree in Accounting or a related field, CPA designation (or equivalent), and at least 5 years of experience in accounting and/or finance. Strong knowledge of IFRS with practical experience applying these standards. Knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is critical. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
