**Financial Planning and Analysis Leader** We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning and Analysis leader to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing leadership in areas of financial planning and analysis, accounting, internal controls, and audit. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial accounting and reporting, with a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in a large complex organization. You will also possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team of professionals. **Key Responsibilities:** Provide leadership in financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling Oversee all planning, forecasting, accounting, and reporting activities related to capital expenditures Play a key role in managing all aspects of the hospital''s capital funding and planning Responsible for the preparation of related financial reporting to leaders and committees Manage the organization''s capital budget and oversee treasury activities **Requirements:** Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is mandatory University degree in Business or Commerce, preferably with a specialization in Finance Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in financial accounting and reporting in a large complex organization 2+ years of finance leadership experience, preferably in a healthcare setting Demonstrated knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) as applicable to hospitals **Benefits:** Competitive salary range: $110,000 - $125,000/year Defined Benefit pension plan Full comprehensive health and dental benefits **How to Apply:** If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for financial planning and analysis, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
