Accounting Leadership Role We are seeking a seasoned accounting professional to lead our property financial management team. The successful candidate will oversee the preparation and review of monthly property financial statements, including journal entry approvals, revenue analysis, and bank reconciliations. This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to drive process improvements and contribute to the development of consolidated budget schedules. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of commercial lease terminology and full-cycle accounting principles. Key Responsibilities: Oversight of property financial statement preparation and review Analysis of revenue, NOI/SANOI/FFO/AFFO, and balance sheet data Reconciliation of bank and sales tax accounts Leadership in developing and reviewing annual operating budgets Collaboration with external auditors on audit-related inquiries Facilitation of ongoing staff development through training and knowledge-sharing Requirements: 7+ years of experience in property accounting within commercial or retail real estate At least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role Bachelor''s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation Proficiency in accounting software such as Yardi, MRI, or JD Edwards Benefits: Competitive salary range: $110,000 - $125,000/year Opportunities for growth and professional development Diverse and supportive work environment About Us: We value a diverse workplace and encourage applications from qualified candidates from underrepresented groups.
