Job Description We are seeking a seasoned finance leader to join our team as Manager of Capital Planning and Treasury. This individual will be responsible for providing leadership in areas of financial planning and analysis, accounting, internal controls, and audit. About the Opportunity The ideal candidate will oversee all planning, forecasting, accounting, and reporting activities related to capital expenditures, play a key role in managing all aspects of the hospital''s capital funding and planning, and prepare related financial reports for leaders and committees. Key Responsibilities Oversight of all planning, forecasting, accounting, and reporting activities related to capital expenditures Management of all aspects of the hospital''s capital funding and planning Preparation of related financial reports for leaders and committees Managing the organization''s capital budget Oversight of treasury activities Oversight of all ancillary financial activities Co-leadership of a finance team of 6 members Providing guidance on financial planning and analysis Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements \/ulapplicationRequirements: Required Skills and Qualifications To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess: A CPA designation University degree in Business or Commerce (preferably) Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in financial accounting and reporting in a large complex organization Minimum 2 years of finance leadership function experience (preferably in a healthcare setting) Prior experience in capital accounting, planning, and reporting Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of GAAP as applicable to hospitals Knowledge and understanding of continuous quality improvement techniques Proven ability to consolidate and summarize data in a presentation format Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills \/ul\_benefits: Benefits This position offers a competitive salary range of $110,000 - $125,000 per year, along with a defined benefit pension, comprehensive health and dental benefits, and opportunities for professional development support.
