Job Title: Strategic Capital Planning and Treasury Professional About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced strategic capital planning and treasury professional to join our team. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing leadership in areas of financial planning and analysis, accounting, internal controls and audit. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, with experience in capital planning, forecasting, accounting and reporting. You will also have excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to consolidate and summarize data in a presentation format for senior management''s review and assessment. Provide strategic guidance on financial planning and analysis, accounting, internal controls and audit Oversee all planning, forecasting, accounting and reporting activities related to capital expenditures Play a key role in managing all aspects of the hospital''s capital funding and planning Responsible for the preparation of related financial reporting to leaders and committees About the Opportunity: This is an exceptional opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a talented team of professionals. About You: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications: CPA designation mandatory University degree (preferably Business or Commerce) Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in financial accounting and reporting in a large complex organization with minimum 2 years of finance leadership function, preferably in a healthcare setting Prior experience in capital accounting, planning and reporting Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of GAAP as applicable to hospitals Knowledge and understanding of continuous quality improvement techniques as they relate to financial targets, timeliness, client and staff satisfaction Proven ability to consolidate and summarize data in a presentation format for senior management''s review and assessment What We Offer: We offer a competitive salary range of $110,000 - $125,000 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes health and dental benefits, pension plan, and professional development opportunities.
