Job Overview This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational accounting at the group level. Key responsibilities include managing the financial close process, coordinating deliverables with business units and ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all group-level reporting. In addition, this position will lead improvements to and develop new processes and procedures to leverage technology and facilitate aggregation of information for consolidation and disclosures. The successful candidate will also oversee the external audit process, acting as the primary liaison with auditors and ensuring the group''s financial statements are audit-ready. Further key responsibilities include overseeing the end-to-end AP process, including vendor management, invoice approvals, payment processing and reconciliation. This individual will also implement and monitor internal controls to prevent fraud and ensure compliance with company policies. The role will involve managing AR operations, including billing, collections, credit management and cash application. Additionally, the candidate will monitor aging reports and drive initiatives to optimize working capital and reduce days sales outstanding. This position will also be responsible for overseeing group cash flow, liquidity management and short-term investments. Furthermore, the successful candidate will oversee cash flow forecasts, monitor bank relationships and ensure optimal utilization of banking facilities. Finally, this role will support foreign currency and risk management strategies as required. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor''s degree in accounting or finance and have a minimum of 10-15 years of experience in financial management roles. The salary range for this position is $190,000 - $220,000 per year, depending on candidate experience.
