About the Opportunity: This is a unique opportunity to join our organization as a Strategic Leadership Director. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and updating guidance materials, whitepapers, and best practice documents. You will also provide clear and concise interpretations of assurance and accounting standards and regulations. You will lead and manage comprehensive research initiatives on emerging issues and trends, and engage with professionals and regulatory bodies to gather insights and represent our organization in various forums. In this role, you will develop and deliver training programs and educational content to enhance our understanding of professional standards. You will also manage and mentor a team to foster collaboration and drive excellence. About You: To be successful in this role, you will need to have a university degree, CPA designation, and a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in audit firm experience at a senior manager level or equivalent. You should also have experience developing and updating guidance materials and best practice documents, preparing live/pre-recorded webinars/podcasts, and demonstrating ability to collaborate with standards-setting bodies and influence policy development.
