About the Opportunity We are seeking an experienced finance professional to fill the role of Finance Manager . The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial guidance and support to our organization. Key Responsibilities: Manage complex financial analysis to inform strategic decision-making Provide recommendations to senior management on financial matters Drive analysis on new business opportunities, including market research and competitive benchmarking Conduct financial evaluations, including forecasting and cost assessments Design and implement reporting tools and analytics dashboards Requirements The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in finance, with a minimum of 4 years'' experience in a financial analysis position. Experience working in the Wealth Management, brokerage and or Financial Services industry is preferred. Skills and Qualifications: Financial analysis and modeling Reporting and FP&A experience Completion of or working towards a financial/accounting designation (CPA: CA, CMA, CGA) and/or CFA or MBA University degree with a business focus (Accounting, Economics, Commerce) Benefits This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team.
