Intermediate Project Manager Multi-Family Construction Locations: Edmonton & Calgary, AB Compensation: Based on experience + Benefits, Bonus, and RRSP Are you an experienced Project Manager with a background in multi-family construction? Do you have hands-on expertise in six-story wood frame and/or steel construction? If so, we want to hear from you. Our client, a mid-sized General Contractor, is looking for an Intermediate Project Manager to join their team in Edmonton and Calgary. This role offers the opportunity to lead multi-family developments, working with a collaborative and well-established construction team. Responsibilities: Manage multi-family residential projects from pre-construction to completion Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and stakeholders Oversee scheduling, procurement, and quality control Mitigate risks and solve construction-related challenges Qualifications: Experience in multi-family construction, specifically with six-story wood frame and/or steel structures A proven track record of managing projects with a general contractor or developer Strong knowledge of construction schedules, budgets, and contracts Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred) Compensation & Benefits: Competitive salary based on experience Comprehensive benefits package Performance-based bonus structure RRSP matching program This is an exciting opportunity to work with a growing company that values teamwork, innovation, and career growth.
