Join Our Expert Machinist Team The SHARE project seeks a skilled expert in machine tool operation to join our team of international volunteers. As the Machinist Engineer Advisor , you will be responsible for delivering high-quality programs and supporting the development of strategic plans. Key Responsibilities: Apply organizational skills to develop, integrate, coordinate, and align strategic plans to achieve project objectives. Collaborate with the SHARE project team to address challenges faced by small enterprises. Develop and maintain an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement. Lead the analysis and documentation of best practices, lessons learned, and challenges in business development services. Assist with strategic planning to guide the organization towards sustainability. Work collaboratively with other members of the team to provide high-level support and advice. Requirements: 3-8 years of work experience in CNC Lathe Machine and CNC Vertical Milling Machine. 4-10 years of work experience in CNC Plasma Cutter and fabrication. Competent in CNC Lathe and Milling Machines. Facilitation and training skills; experience in developing and delivering workshops. Program delivery experience at a managerial level. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and software such as AUTO CAD & SOLID WORKS. Experience in project management delivery. Benefits: Modest monthly living allowance.
