With a commitment to delivering high-quality results safely and efficiently, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Intermediate Construction Project Manager to join our growing team.Position Overview:Reporting to the Director of Construction, the Intermediate Project Manager will oversee all phases of assigned projects, from pre-construction through to close-out. You will coordinate project teams, maintain budgets and schedules, and ensure all work meets our standards of quality and compliance.Key Responsibilities:Plan, organize, and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finishManage project budgets, forecasts, and cost control measuresPrepare and negotiate contracts, change orders, and purchase ordersCoordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and site staffConduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety complianceMaintain strong client relationships through effective communication and reportingIdentify and mitigate project risks proactivelyPrepare and submit regular project status reports to managementQualifications:37 years of experience as a Project Manager or Project Coordinator in constructionPost-secondary education in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related fieldStrong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, codes, and best practicesProven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and project documentationProficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, Primavera)Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skillsStrong written and verbal communication abilitiesValid drivers license and willingness to travel to project sites as requiredWhat We Offer:Competitive compensation and benefits packageOpportunities for professional growth and advancementA collaborative and supportive work environmentChallenging and rewarding projects that make an impactHow to Apply:Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter to (email address or application portal).
