As an IT project manager, you will be responsible for managing, planning, and coordinating IT projects, including managing multiple vendors. You will primarily work on network transition and security projects.Requirements :University degree or college diploma in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experiencePMP Certification would be a plusVendor management experienceInfrastructure experienceTransition and transformation program experienceExperience working in a PMOAny experience with network or cybersecurity would be highly preferredSkills in Microsoft Projects, DevOps, JIRA10+ years of experience as a project managerBilingual (English/French) Responsibilities :Define and deliver projects that support business goalsPlan, execute, and finalize IT projects according to strict deadlines and within budget, using appropriate toolsEstimate and acquire resources, and coordinate the efforts of team members and external consultants to deliver projects according to planOversee quality control throughout the project life cycleEffectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashionAnalyze results, troubleshoot problem areas, and bring solutionsDevelop best practices and tools for project execution and managementDevelop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentationsProactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plansCoach, mentor, motivate, and supervise project team members and consultants, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned workPerform other duties as required by the immediate supervisor and for which the person is qualifiedApplication processThe recruitment process includes a thorough assessment of technical and behavioral skills.
