Empower Women and Girls As a Gender Advisor , you will play a critical role in supporting local partners to develop the capacity of women organizations and movements that advance gender equality. You will work closely with the project team to strengthen women''s rights, empower women and girls, and reduce discrimination against women. Job Description: The Gender Advisor will provide technical assistance to local partners to develop and implement gender strategies. This will involve conducting needs assessments, developing training programs, and providing ongoing support to ensure the success of these initiatives. You will also be responsible for developing tools and resources to strengthen gender work within our partner organizations. This may include creating training manuals, facilitation guides, and other materials that promote gender equality. Required Skills and Qualifications: University degree in social sciences, economics, international development or a related field. Experience working on gender equality initiatives, preferably in Latin America or the Caribbean. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
