To be successful in this role, you need to understand the recruiting lifecycle in a large organization and be able to execute quickly while keeping quality and experience at the forefront to achieve business hiring objectives. This role varies in scope and could provide support to a myriad of teams within the organization.Qualifications:3+ years of talent acquisition experience (in a sourcing or recruiting capacity), HR experience or industry experience related to the role OR Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business, Liberal Arts, or related fieldUses an understanding of talent markets and candidate profiles and develops a strategy to achieve hiring objectives with tight deadlinesEnsure accurate documentation within compliance guidelinesAdhere to proper protocol and procedures in communication and engagement with candidatesAdaptive to process changesDetail orientedExperience with Tracking SystemsExperience using Microsoft Office productsExcellent communication skills and experience communicating between multiple partiesPreferred QualificationsLinkedIn CertificationsTalent acquisition experience for a large technology company
