Our team includes securities attorneys, enforcement strategists, and digital system architects.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead our operational backbone as we scale across Canada and the U.S. This is a contract hybrid role based in Edmonton, AB, with flexibility for remote work where appropriate.The COO will be responsible for managing internal systems, coordinating enforcement operations, overseeing PPM and consulting deliverables, and optimizing cross-division workflows.Key ResponsibilitiesLead daily operations across legal, financial, and strategic consulting divisionsManage field officer workflows, scheduling, client delivery, and credential verificationOversee financial planning, budgeting, and reportingCollaborate with legal and securities teams on document production timelinesDrive performance across operations, client accounts, and service deliveryRefine and enforce internal SOPs and AI-assisted workflow systems (including ARIIA)Support executive leadership in strategic initiatives, hiring, and partner expansionAlign company systems, tech, and staff around measurable KPIsSuccess in this role looks like:Mission-critical enforcement runs completed without error or delayActive oversight of both funding documents (PPMs) and enforcement case deliveryClear visibility on all operations, with real-time reporting to the CEOHigh-trust team operations with accountability built into every stepImproved onboarding speed, officer output, and client satisfaction metricsQualificationsProven experience in business planning and operations leadershipFinancial literacy: can manage budgets, cashflow reports, and cost analysisExcellent team management and delegation capabilitiesStrategic thinker with attention to compliance, logistics, and scaleComfort with both office management and field coordinationMBA or equivalent preferredBonus: Experience in legal services, enforcement, capital markets, or regulatory financeContract DetailsContract-to-hire | Monthly retainer + performance-based bonusesReports to CEO | Start Date: ImmediateOn-site presence required 23 days per week at First Edmonton PlaceNDA, security clearance, and credential onboarding requiredReady to help lead a company that's building a sovereign-grade legal and financial infrastructure?Apply now and join the movement. #J-18808-Ljbffr
