We manage and grow the TELUS, Public, and Koodo Prepaid portfolios, helping thousands of Canadians begin their journey with a mobility provider. Were agile, collaborative, and driven by curiosity, working to unlock growth, adapt to change, and deliver real value.In this role, youll lead long-term strategy for Public and Koodo Prepaid. Youll drive retention, ARPU growth, and cross-brand alignment through end-to-end initiatives, while evolving the tools and reporting that surface cohort-level insights and guide strategic decisions. Youll operationalize complex programs, influence final calls on pricing and plan structure, and partner across teams to align digital, pricing, and campaign priorities. Youll also support team development through coaching and mentorship.
