Ce poste est admissible une prime de rmunration variable discrtionnaire qui tient compte du rendement de lentreprise et du rendement individuel.En tant que candidat, nous vous encourageons poser des questions sur la rmunration et avoir une conversation franche avec votre recruteur, qui pourra vous fournir des dtails plus prcis sur ce poste.Description du poste :As Vice President AML Engineering, you will be part of the AML Remediation Technology leadership team within Enterprise Protect and have accountability for a large engineering organization that is responsible for the design, development, and ongoing operations of critical technology in the AML domain. This role will report to the Senior Vice President, AML Remediation.Accountabilities include:Technology Strategy & Platform EngineeringDeveloping the technology strategy and roadmap for critical platforms including Transaction Monitoring and Customer Risk Rating in partnership with business facing technology leadersEnsuring that the platforms are designed to support the unique needs of the US and Canada, while preserving the integrity of such platformsDriving the evaluation, selection and implementation of technology in partnership with business leaders, business facing technology leaders and various P&T teamsOwning the design and development efforts for applications in the portfolioTalent ManagementEstablishing a leadership structure to meet growing demands for AML capabilities in the US and CanadaBuilding out an engineering team with the optimal combination of full time talent and vendor partnersDeveloping a vendor based offshore presence for the engineering teamPartnering with HR and Recruitment to identify & recruit top talentOngoing talent management to ensure team members have meaningful development plans and rewarding careersSupport & OperationsEnsuring operational processes and support structures are in place for all applications in the portfolioDriving strong end to end data management operational practices to ensure the integrity and reliability of feeds from partners that enable critical AML functionsLeading currency and platform health related initiatives to enable secure and stable operationsDriving continuous improvement to ensure optimal availability and resiliency of the platformOwning appropriate technology vendor relationships, including ongoing contract negotiations and associated budgetsQualificationsUniversity degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related discipline15+ years experience in software engineering with strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, systems architecture, integration patterns, high resiliency, and highly performant systems10+ years of leadership experience, leading teams of 100+ engineersExperience in AML technologies is highly desired inclusive of transaction monitoring, customer risk rating etcProven ability to evaluate technology options and drive technology selection / decisions, including build vs buy scenariosMust be skilled in navigating the organization, developing meaningful relationships, influencing stakeholders and driving value for the organizationProven ability to successfully lead transformational change that impacts technology, people and processSkillful communicator and influencer to build relationships advance decision making and effect change over timeStrong coach and developer of people with a demonstrated track record in talent managementHighly motivated individual, with demonstrated outstanding people management, leadership and coaching skillsThrives in a fast paced environment, managing multiple deadlines and prioritiesProven negotiation and influencing abilities, with contract/vendor management experience an assetStrong communicator, with excellent oral, written and presentation skills propos de nousLa TD est un chef de file mondial dans le secteur des institutions financires.
