With an Executive team that has over thirty years of industry experience of leading the way, weve come a long way from our first customer in 2011but weve just scratched the surface of what we want to accomplish for our customers .The team:The Demand Generation team collaborates to develop, manage, and optimize integrated campaigns that drive leads for our self-serve and sales-assisted funnels.As a valued member of the Demand Generation team, youll lead the Growth Marketing group to drive awareness among home service businesses, convert and monetize existing in-market demand, and help prospects keep Jobber top-of-mind.The role:Reporting to the Senior Director, Demand Generation, the Senior Manager, Growth Marketing will lead the design, implementation, and analysis of new demand generation programs to help accelerate the companys growth, while also empowering your team. Youll work collaboratively with other stakeholders, use data to make decisions, and be given autonomy to hold yourself accountable for decisions, outcomes, and timelines impacting your work and the business.The Senior Manager, Growth Marketing will:Lead and coach a high-functioning team of Growth Marketers. Youll lead a team of SaaSs best and brightest growth marketers. It will be your responsibility to help lift blockers, eliminate bottlenecks, and serve as a sounding board as they problem-solve through a steady stream of unexpected challenges inherent to working in a rapidly evolving space (growth marketing) at a high-growth company.Define the Growth Marketing roadmap. Youll work with your team to ideate, evaluate, scope, and score the growth opportunities with maximum potential impact. Then, youll work with key stakeholders across the organization to put your plans into action and measure results.Dig into the data. Youll leverage customer and campaign performance data to draw insights, develop hypotheses, and proactively recommend testing opportunities to develop new channels and continuously improve KPIs.Collaborate and flex your project management abilities. Youll be responsible for managing multiple concurrent projects and need to keep them on schedule and within budget. Youll coordinate with stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, RevOps, Design, Finance, and Product. It will be your responsibility to ensure all stakeholders are kept well informed of your teams work and that your team has the resources it needs to succeed.Exercise your creativity to elevate the Jobber Brand. Youll be responsible for millions of dollars in advertising budget, so its imperative that you understand our customers inside and out. Youll partner with our in-house creative studio to produce ads, app store assets, and other forms of marketing collateral that speak to our audiences at various stages of the buyer journey, across multiple industries and marketing channels.Communicate your findings to other stakeholders. Youll explain your test proposals to stakeholders for feedback and alignment. As well, youll document outcomes, report progress, and communicate results and recommendations to stakeholders and the leadership team on a regular basis.To be successful, you should have:Direct experience leveraging offline and digital advertising platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Apple Search Ads, OTT/CTV, etc.) to acquire customers and optimize for ROASExperience managing a performance/growth marketing team. In this time, youll have gained experience in people leadership, strategy development, and project managementAn entrepreneurial outlook, plenty of motivation, and a passion for helping small businessesA proven track record of effectively managing marketing budgets >$10M and being responsible for customer growth and revenue targetsExperience leveraging a scientific, data-driven approach to develop demand generation programs through incremental testing and optimizationAbility to extract and action meaningful insights from analytics platforms and/or CRMs (e.g. Tableau, Google Analytics, Salesforce)Flexible and responsive - ability to prioritize multiple tasks as needed and work with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic work environmentDemonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate proactivelySelf-motivated with the ability to multitask, work independently, learn technical information quickly, and adapt AI-led solutions to accelerate growthIt would be nice (but not a deal-breaker!) if you had:Experience running integrated campaigns across a wide variety of media, such as linear TV, terrestrial radio, OTT/CTV, display, programmatic, app, search, and socialKnowledge of software-as-a-service (SaaS) and common performance metricsExperience working in a high-growth startup or scaleup environmentCompensation:At Jobber, we believe that compensation should be transparent, fair, and reflective of your experience and growth. This role has a minimum annual salary of $151,200, a midpoint of $177,900 and a maximum salary of $204,500, designed to show the progression from learning the ropes to truly excelling.We design our compensation to reflect each new hires skills, experience against the complexity of the role, ensuring a fair and competitive salary. Our range is intentionally broad to support growth and long-term impact, with fully established hires typically starting around the midpoint. The higher end of the range is reserved for those who have demonstrated deep expertise and lasting contributions, while offers below the midpoint reflect strong potential with room to develop. This approach ensures that compensation aligns with both an individuals current capabilities and their opportunity for future growth.Base salary is just one part of a total compensation package that will include equity rewards, annual stipends for health and wellness, retirement savings matching, and an extended health package with fully paid premiums for body and mind.
