You sit alongside and collaborate with leaders to develop and implement strategies that support business needs in addition to leading the implementation of the People Plan.Every day you engage in business conversations and partner to influence and equip leaders to manage change, grow their teams, and foster a highly engaged and inspiring workplace.You are resilient, pragmatic, humble, and possess a great sense of humor.
