Youll play a key role in implementing and enhancing SAP C4C solutions for clients across Sales, Service, and Marketing functions.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and map business requirements to C4C functionalitiesConfigure and customize C4C using KUT and SDK (ABSL, UI scripting, etc.)Design, test, and support integration with SAP ERP (S/4HANA, ECC, CRM) using CPI, PI/PO, or BTPTroubleshoot issues, propose solutions, and deliver enhancementsConduct workshops, document functional designs, and support UATCollaborate with technical teams and business stakeholdersProvide end-user support and training when neededRequired Qualifications5+ years of SAP C4C experience across Sales, Service, and MarketingStrong hands-on knowledge of KUT, extension fields, mash-ups, and data source creationIntegration experience with S/4HANA, ECC, and SAP CRMFamiliarity with CPI or other middleware toolsStrong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skillsMust be authorized to work in the USA or Canada (no sponsorship available)Nice To HaveExperience with Salesforce or other cloud CRM platformsSAP Cloud Application Studio (SDK) proficiencyKnowledge of SAP standard APIs and web servicesWhy Syntax?Become a part of our success story and work in a company with exciting innovation projects that are causing a stir across the industry.
