It's designed to fit the business needs of our customers, orchestrated to be accurate and precise, and built on the same open platform principles we apply to our core software solutions.This is where you and your skills come in, we're seeking a dynamic and experienced Director, Talent Development to lead a team and foster a culture of continuous learning.Spearhead the creation and implementation of strategic learning and development initiatives that support overall business and HR strategic goals, and foster employee competence and high performance to drive continuous business growth.Act as a change agent, driving transformation that leads to business profitability and supports employee engagement, culture change, team development, organizational change, coaching, talent management, leadership development, and change management.Partner with leadership to design and implement programs and initiatives that meet their specific needs and support the development of employees and leaders.Identify and develop leadership training programs for current and potential leadersDevelop strategies for succession planning initiativesIntroduce the latest and most applicable trends in learning and development for inclusion in the overall talent development strategy, constantly maintaining and updating programs within the business to ensure relevancy and effectiveness.Implement a global leadership competency framework for all levels to support the organization's strategic direction.Conduct regular evaluations to measure the effectiveness and impact of programs, monitoring and reporting on activities, costs, and performance as required.Design and deliver content, as well as create and execute learning strategies, evaluate needs, and implement diverse learning methods.Manage and develop a team.Perform other duties as assigned.Requirements:Master's degree or equivalent in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology or related field are beneficialExcellent leadership skills to mentor and motivate the team to achieve results aligned with the business goalsExtended knowledge of talent development strategies, best practices and industry trendsSignificant understanding of learning theories, instructional design methodologies, and training best practicesAbility to design and deliver engaging and impactful training programsAbility to stay updated on talent market trends, benchmarks and competitor analysisSignificant understanding of budgeting and resource allocation for L&D initiativesKnowledge of Workday and other related technology and learning management systemsExperience leveraging AI technology to scale program development and deliveryAbility to utilize KPI's and metrics to track and measure program effectivenessOutstanding relationship-builder and communicator, both internally and externallyExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate L&D strategies and results to stakeholdersProven track record managing an international Learning & Development team across regions (ideally in Americas, APAC, EMEA and India) and driving L&D strategies globally in fast paced environmentsProven experience in setting up global L&D strategies, processes and operationsDemonstrated skills in leadership, management, and collaborationWhat we offer:Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, disability, life insuranceHealth Savings Account (HSA), Flexible Spending Account (FSAs) and Commuter benefits401K match and ESPPPaid time off and paid sick leaveWellness programs including 1:1 coaching and meditation guidancePaid parental and pregnancy leave and new parent gift boxesFamily-forming benefits (IVF, Preservation, Adoption etc.)Emergency backup care (Child/Adult/Pets)Pet insurance and Pet TelehealthEmployee Assistance Program (EAP) with counseling sessions available 24/7Free legal services that provide legal advice, document creation and estate planningEmployee bonus referral programStudent loan refinancing assistanceEmployee perks and discounts programRingCentral is an equal opportunity employer that truly values diversity.
