In turn, we offer an award-winning environment that fosters a people-first culture with a high priority on your personal and professional growth.BDO Canada is seeking a Manager, Dynamics 365 F&O Finance Consulting to join our fast-paced and growing Dynamics 365 F&O consulting practice, with the ability to work from anywhere in Canada.Responsibilities will include :TalentSupport the addition of new talent through participation in the recruitment processOn-going mentoring and coaching of the team including of performance management and career guidanceTeam utilization planning and forecastingEnsuring our professionals have the skills, experience and capacity required to deliver our service offeringsEngagementsAct as a trusted advisor to external customers and BDO project teams in support of client Dynamics F&O Finance implementationsManage multiple engagements against budget, timeline and scopeMonitor and manage vendor relationships where applicable.Leading internal and external action planning meetings and driving deliverables to closureAct as an escalation contact on and off hours as needed and manage any customer satisfaction or delivery concernsBuild deep relationships with clients and assist in expanding engagement footprint when the opportunities presents itselfAnalyze customer business needs and objectives and provide in-depth application expertise in targeted business areasStreamline customer business processes to achieve greater ROI within the context of the Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations suiteOperationsEnsuring effective delivery of operations and high customer serviceSupport the evolution of tools and operational procedures driven through the lens of continuous improvementUpdate / Establish, track and report on Key Performance Indicators supporting the delivery of operational excellenceGrowthParticipate in pre-sales presentation, pricings and proposalsAssist in development & implementation of new service offeringsContribute and lead one or more aspects of the practice annual business planHow do we define success for your role?You demonstrate BDO's core values through all aspect of your work : Integrity, Respect and CollaborationYou understand your clients industry, challenges, and opportunities; clients describe you as positive, professional, and delivering high-quality workYou identify, recommend, and are focused on effective service delivery to your clientsYou share in an inclusive and engaging work environment that develops, retains and attracts talentYou actively participate in the adoption of digital tools and strategies to drive an innovative workplaceYou grow your expertise through learning and professional developmentYour Experience And EducationMinimum 5+ years of Dynamics 365 F&O consulting experience, with strong expertise in either the Finance functional areaExperience managing a Dynamics 365 F&O and / or experience leading multiple functional consultants on D365 F&O Finance implementation projectsExtensive functional knowledge in finance (General Ledger, accounts payable and receivable, fixed assets, multiple business management, multiple currency management, etc.)Knowledge of Budgeting, Project Budgeting, Project Management and Project AccountingKnowledge of one or more other functional areas of Dynamics 365 F&O such as Trade & Logistics, Sales or Talent / Human Resources, is preferredDynamics 365 F&O / AX certifications in the relevant business disciplines will be considered in our selection processSelf-motivated, articulate, and able to inspire audiencesProcess analysis, redesign, and documentation experienceExperience in working on functional design, configuration, and process alignment with a detailed understanding of Financial System concepts and general module functionality.Experience working and supporting with ISVs; Dynaway, SKGWhy BDO?Our people-first approach to talent has earned us a spot among Canadas Top 100 Employers for 2025.
