Emory Healthcare gives us access to critical research and evidence-based medicine.Our clinics provide a professional, team-based culture with strong clinical support and a highly competitive compensation and benefits package.NP / PA BenefitsWork-Life balance:Flexible work schedules, No Nights, No on-call, and limited weekendsWork three days one week and four days the next, resulting in 3-4 days off each week.Clinics are closed Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Years Day, and Easter with early closing on Christmas Eve and 4th of July.Respect and autonomy in decision-makingProfessional growth opportunitiesResearch opportunitiesFull benefits - medical, dental, vision insurancePhysicians and family members enjoy a flat-rate fee for medical services at CRH-affiliated clinics.Competitive payAnnual merit IncreasesSign On BonusAnnual bonusYearly production bonus (volume incentive program)401(K) Match Up to 4%Generous PTO planEmployee assistance programProfessional Growth OpportunitiesEmployee Referral Bonus ProgramPrimary ResponsibilitiesManage urgent and primary care walk-ins and appointments as the sole advanced practice provider for those ages 2 and up.Oversee the average volume of 35 patients per 12-hour day ( Three patients per hour.)Perform minor office procedures including laceration repair, incision and drainage, toenail removal, and orthopedic splinting.Perform physicals such as sports, DOT, pre-employment, and annuals.Evaluate patients for workers compensation injuries.Qualifications2+ years experienced in providing patient care as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant is requiredMasters Degree (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) and appropriate state licenseABMS Board certification in internal medicine and family practice preferredKnowledge of state and federal regulations including OSHA, HIPAA, blood borne pathogens and othersUnderstanding of medical coding and billingDetail-oriented and confident in medical best practicesExcellent interpersonal skills with every patient interactionCompetent with common PC applications including Internet, Email and Microsoft Office as well as EMR applicationsExperience with occupational health practices including CME qualification, drug testing protocols, employment physicals, and OSHA guidelinesPeachtree Immediate Care is part of the CRH Healthcare system.
