About this role: Our client is a leading organization seeking an experienced professional to fill the position of Director of Corporate Tax . Job Summary This is a senior-level tax leadership role that requires strategic planning, risk management, and strong communication skills. Key Responsibilities Oversee the preparation, review, and timely filing of corporate and indirect tax returns and compliance with regulatory requirements; Manage and lead tax audits and reviews, including the preparation and submission of comprehensive responses to audit inquiries; Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize financial risks and optimize returns; Promote a culture of compliance and ensure adherence to all relevant laws and regulations; Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: A minimum of 8+ years of experience in corporate tax; Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations; Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills; Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines; Experience working with external partners and stakeholders.
