About the Opportunity The role of Assistant Controller is a pivotal position that requires a high degree of financial acumen and strategic thinking. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the annual budget and quarterly forecasts, ensuring that the organization''s financial plans are aligned with its overall goals. Additionally, the Assistant Controller will be responsible for reviewing and approving the posting of all month-end transactions to the general ledger, including the reconciliation of sub-ledgers and general ledger accounts. This requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail, as well as a deep understanding of accounting principles and practices. The Assistant Controller will also be responsible for preparing and reviewing monthly and year-end financial statements, as well as providing support for the year-end audit and ensuring compliance with internal controls. This role requires a high degree of professionalism and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
