Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Controller Management Lead to oversee day-to-day operational accounting at the group level. This is a key leadership position that requires strong technical accounting knowledge and up-to-date understanding of GAAP/IFRS and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will manage the financial close process, coordinating deliverables with business units and ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all group-level reporting. They will also lead improvements to and develop new processes and procedures to leverage technology and facilitate aggregation of information for consolidation and disclosures. In addition, the Controller Management Lead will oversee the end-to-end AP process, including vendor management, invoice approvals, payment processing, and reconciliation. They will implement and monitor internal controls to prevent fraud and ensure compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor''s degree in accounting, finance, or related field, and CPA or equivalent professional qualification. They should have minimum 10-15 years of experience in financial management roles, including direct oversight of AP, AR, and Treasury in a complex, multi-entity environment. Benefits This is a highly competitive compensation package which includes base salary, bonus, and RRSP. The salary range is $190,000 - $220,000/year depending on candidate experience.
