About our opportunity, we are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our finance team as a Vice President of Group Controller. Key responsibilities: Financial Operations Management : Oversee day-to-day operational accounting at the group level, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all group-level reporting. Cash Flow Management : Manage cash flow, liquidity management, and short-term investments to ensure optimal utilization of banking facilities. Risk Management : Support foreign currency and risk management strategies as required. Leadership and Development : Lead, mentor, and develop finance teams across Accounting, AP, AR, and Treasury functions, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance. To be considered for this role, candidates must have: Bachelor''s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. CPA or equivalent professional qualification . Minimum 10-15 years of experience in financial management roles, including direct oversight of AP, AR, and Treasury in a complex, multi-entity environment. We offer a highly competitive compensation package which includes (Base, Bonus, RRSP). The salary range for this position is $190,000 - $220,000/year depending on candidate experience.
