Job Description About the Role We are seeking an experienced financial professional to join our team as a Manager of Expense Management. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation of monthly spending reports for senior management and budget leaders. You will also be responsible for consolidating analysis of variance explanations and validating or clarifying with budget leaders as needed. Additionally, you will lead the annual lunch and learn budget training of the budget tool (TM1) for the budget leaders and their assistants. The successful candidate will have experience in budgeting and variance analysis, leadership and staff management, and insurance or financial services industry experience is an asset.
