Key Performance Indicators We are seeking a seasoned Financial Manager to join our team. This role requires exceptional analytical and interpersonal skills, as well as experience supporting commercial teams. Responsibilities: Develop Business Plans and optimize financial processes to drive efficiencies and maintain a strong compliance culture. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop annual financial business plans. Monitor and explain performance variances and recommend corrective actions. Actively participate in the annual budgeting process. Issue weekly/monthly reports, conduct reconciliations, and lead variance analysis. Continuously identify and implement opportunities for process improvement. Forecasting & Profitability Analysis: Lead forecasting efforts across channels, customers, and primals. P&L Management & Commercial Support: Analyze product/customer/region mix to maximize gross profit. Ad Hoc Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify margin improvement opportunities and support strategic decision making.
