Controller Position Overview Our organization seeks an experienced Controller to oversee financial operations and provide strategic guidance. Key Responsibilities: Manage the annual budget and quarterly forecasts to ensure alignment with business objectives. Oversee the maintenance of accurate accounting records, including the reconciliation of sub-ledgers and general ledger accounts. Assist with the preparation and review of monthly and yearly financial statements to inform management decision-making. Prepare financial presentations and supporting documentation for senior leadership teams. Requirements: Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field. Minimum 10 years of accounting experience, with expertise in financial reporting and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with a deep understanding of accounting principles and practices. Professional certification as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
