Financial Leadership Role ''> Job Description: Lead complex financial and business analysis to support strategic decision-making. Provide recommendations to Senior Management, acting as a trusted advisor with strong financial expertise. Drive analysis on new business opportunities, including market research, competitive benchmarking, and trend analysis. Conduct financial evaluations, including forecasting, valuation, and cost assessments across various market segments. Apply a solid understanding of different business models and industry dynamics to support growth initiatives. Design, implement, and manage reporting tools and analytics dashboards to track performance and strategic outcomes. Anticipate future reporting needs and develop KPI''s and success metrics accordingly. Oversee the annual planning and budgeting processes. Required Skills and Qualifications: Minimum 4 years'' experience working in a financial analysis position. Experience with financial analysis, Excel modeling, reporting, and FP+A. Experience within the Wealth Management, brokerage, and or Financial Services industry is preferred. Completion of or working towards a financial/accounting designation (CPA, CA, CMA, CGA) and/or CFA or MBA is strongly preferred. University degree with a business focus (Accounting, Economics, Commerce preferred). Benefits: $105,000 - $115,000/year salary range. Hybrid work environment. Great compensation package.
