We are seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis Leader to join our team. This is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing financial planning, accounting, internal controls, and audit activities. Job Description The Financial Planning and Analysis Leader will play a key role in managing all aspects of the hospital''s capital funding and planning. This includes providing leadership in areas of financial planning and analysis, accounting, internal controls, and audit. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing related financial reporting to leaders and committees, as well as managing the organization''s capital budget. This position requires a CPA designation and a university degree in Business or Commerce. A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in financial accounting and reporting in a large complex organization is required, with at least 2 years of finance leadership function experience preferably in a healthcare setting. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in capital accounting, planning, and reporting, as well as demonstrated knowledge of GAAP as applicable to hospitals. They will also have knowledge and understanding of continuous quality improvement techniques as they relate to financial targets, timeliness, client, and staff satisfaction. Required Skills and Qualifications CPA designation University degree in Business or Commerce Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in financial accounting and reporting At least 2 years of finance leadership function experience Prior experience in capital accounting, planning, and reporting Demonstrated knowledge of GAAP as applicable to hospitals Benefits This role offers a competitive salary range of $110,000 - $125,000 per year, as well as full comprehensive health and dental benefits.
