About the Opportunity We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our Internal Audit team as a Senior Manager. As a key member of our audit team, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and execution of the annual internal audit plan. Key responsibilities include: Lead and/or monitor the development, execution, and completion of audit engagements; Deliver key deliverables, including engagement memos, audit programs, testing, and issuance of final audit reports; Build relationships with business stakeholders to increase the effectiveness of internal audit function; Coach and lead a team to achieve high-quality results; Identify opportunities to enhance business processes and support efficient audit practices. You will work closely with senior management and other stakeholders to ensure that our internal audit function is aligned with organizational objectives and risk mitigation strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in auditing, excellent communication skills, and experience leading teams. A CPA designation combined with other designations (CFA, CIA, CISA) is required. Minimum 8 years of work experience in an audit environment, including direct management experience, is preferred.
