Job Summary Vaco by Highspring is seeking a Senior Manager of Internal Audit to join their team. This role will involve assisting the Senior Director, Internal Audit in developing and executing the annual internal audit plan. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auditing and experience managing teams. About the Role The successful candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end delivery of audits, including development of engagement memos, audit programs, testing, and issuance of final audit reports. They will also be expected to deliver kick off and closing meetings, assist in planning and organizing required resources, review working papers, and identify key findings to support reporting. About You To be successful in this role, you will need to have a CPA combined with other designations (CFA, CIA, CISA, etc.) and at least 8 years of work experience in an audit environment, including experience managing individuals and teams.
