Job Title: Financial Performance Manager About the Role: We are seeking a seasoned Financial Performance Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial performance, including cash forecasting, intercompany funding requirements, and tax compliance. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain accurate cash forecasts and rolling forecasts. Establish and manage intercompany funding requirements and strategies. Ensure compliance with all federal, provincial, and local tax regulations. Assist with sales tax compliance and provide guidance on sales tax-related matters. Own the company''s tax provisions and related financial statement disclosures. Budget and forecast all treasury/debt and tax-related items. Participate in tax due diligence for potential mergers or acquisitions and divestitures. Requirements: University degree in Business Administration/Finance or equivalent relevant work experience. CPA designation. Completion of Year 1 and Year 2 of the CPA In-Depth Tax Program. Minimum 1-2 years of progressive experience in a tax manager role. Previous experience working with multiple business units and stakeholders. A strong leader with the ability to coach, develop, and enhance capabilities of employees.
