Job Description About the Role: We are seeking a seasoned Accounting Manager to lead our team in financial planning and management. The successful candidate will oversee the preparation of monthly property financial statements, review and compile property-related financial data for quarterly reports, and finalize annual operating cost reconciliations. They will also provide leadership and support in preparing the annual operating budget and review submissions for assigned properties. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and experience in commercial real estate accounting. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor''s degree in Accounting or Finance and be certified as a CPA. Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in accounting software such as Yardi, MRI, or JD Edwards are essential requirements. Key Responsibilities: Oversight of monthly property financial statement preparation and review. Review and compilation of property-related financial data for quarterly reports. Finalization of annual operating cost reconciliations. Leadership and support in annual operating budget preparation and review submissions. Requirements: Minimum 7 years of property accounting experience within commercial or retail real estate. At least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role. Strong understanding of budgeting, full-cycle accounting, and commercial lease terminology. Bachelor''s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA designation required.
