Job Title: Capital Planning Manager The position of Capital Planning Manager is a key role in our organization, responsible for leading financial planning and analysis, accounting, internal controls, and audit activities. The successful candidate will oversee all planning, forecasting, accounting, and reporting activities related to capital expenditures. Key Responsibilities: Lead financial planning and analysis to ensure accurate and timely financial information. Oversee all planning, forecasting, accounting, and reporting activities related to capital expenditures. Manage the organization''s capital budget and treasury activities. Requirements: To be considered for this position, you must have: A university degree in Business or Commerce (or equivalent). At least 5 years of progressive experience in financial accounting and reporting in a large complex organization with minimum 2 years of finance leadership function, preferably in a healthcare setting. Prior experience in capital accounting, planning, and reporting. Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of GAAP as applicable to hospitals. Knowledge and understanding of continuous quality improvement techniques as they relate to financial targets, timeliness, client, and staff satisfaction. Proven ability to consolidate and summarize data in a presentation format for senior management''s review and assessment. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel skills.
