About the Opportunity Collaborate with business units to ensure timely and accurate preparation and review of financial deliverables for quarter/year-end close. Identify areas for improvement in reporting practices and lead the implementation of consistent reporting in line with corporate requirements. Develop and oversee training programs to improve financial acumen across the group. Perform regular reviews of account reconciliations and assess control environment to support risk management objectives. Support multiple financial integration projects related to newly acquired business units. Prepare and analyze financial reports for internal and external stakeholders with a focus on variance analysis, key operating ratios to identify issues, opportunities, and emerging trends for business partners. Ensure business units adhere to all applicable tax laws, including federal, state, and local regulations, and maintaining proper documentation to support tax filings. Review and support accounting analysis for significant transactions (new acquisitions business combination accounting, revenue recognition, etc.). Assist in corporate reorganizations (entity changes between groups) as needed to consider changes in process, controls, or day-to-day operations required as a result. Maintain and enhance accounting information systems to improve efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting. About You Bachelor''s degree in finance or accounting; Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent accounting certification/qualification strongly preferred. Minimum 10 years of accounting/finance experience; previous controllership experience preferred. Proficient knowledge of internal controls and accounting principles (IFRS/GAAP), including project/contract accounting (percent of completion accounting). Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
