Job Summary About the Role? We are seeking a highly motivated Finance Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading financial planning, forecasting, and analysis. The ideal candidate will have exceptional analytical and interpersonal skills, with experience in finance and commercial teams. This role plays a key part in the budget process and involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop annual financial business plans. The Finance Manager will lead forecasting efforts across channels, customers, and primals, presenting ongoing outlooks vs. plan and prior year, highlighting risks and opportunities. You will work closely with our commercial partners to provide financial support at monthly performance and forecast review meetings. Educate cross-functional partners on the financial impact of variances and maintain a strong understanding of financial systems and tools to support efficient data analysis. Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline financial processes, enhance reporting, and leverage systems more effectively. Candidates should have 5+ years FP&A experience, preferably in Supply Chain Finance or Operational Finance. A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $130,000 per annum is available, with opportunities for bonuses based on performance.
