About the Role This position is a key part of our financial services team. We are looking for an experienced professional to take on the role of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager, focusing on expense management. Key Responsibilities Prepare monthly spending reports for budget leaders and senior management. Analyze variance explanations and collaborate with budget leaders as needed. Develop board materials with relevant analysis of total company spending as assigned. Leverage your expertise to lead the annual training session on the budget tool (TM1) for budget leaders and their assistants. Support budget leaders and their assistants in completing the salary model and budget inputs as required. Provide analysis and reporting of the budget for budget leaders and senior management. Support operational accounting of expense-related items, including expense allocations. Oversight of intercompany accounting and third-party invoicing processes. Ensure compliance with current and evolving accounting standards. Lead and mentor the Expense Management team. Develop and implement a structured approach to managing team members throughout the year. Assist in creating development plans for team members and provide ongoing support. About You Bachelor''s degree in business or accounting. CPA designation or equivalent professional certification recognized in Canada. Minimum 5+ years of experience in budgeting and variance analysis. Proven leadership and staff management experience is essential.
