Increases are then reviewed throughout employment. * Please visit our website at The **Quality Assurance Coordinator** is expected to maintain excellent communication and customer service, while ensuring that quality standards and procedures are met and are aligned with regulations and customer specifications. This position is responsible for managing the organizations quality assurance policies and ensuring systems are in place for compliance with legislation. **Essential Functions for this Role are:** * Create and maintain the QMS processes and procedures to ensure that quality standards are met and aligned with ISO requirements, applicable codes, and customer specifications * Gather and complete customer required quality documentation and inspect work completed * Build, maintain and adhere to the organization''s QMS policies and procedures while collaborating with engineering, logistics, finance, project management and production teams * Identify defects and/or systems/process errors to prevent non-conforming products from entering the supply chain * Conduct Internal Audits and create reports on findings for planning management review meetings * Ensure all QC documentation is monitored and accurate * Provide staff training on matters pertaining to the Quality Management System & regulatory requirements * Monitor non-conformances and corrective action reports, and report monthly and year-to-date comparisons, statistics and key performance indicators. * Collect and analyze data under ISO requirements. * Liaise with contractors and customers. * Work in accordance with documented procedures and complete all applicable records **Experience, Qualifications, and Skills required:** * 6 months - 1 year experience in a manufacturing or industrial work environment * Experience using Power Tools * Overhead crane experiences an asset * Experience, Education or certification for ISO Internal Auditor * Previous assembling or maintenance of equipment an asset * Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment * Knowledge of a Quality Management System * Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint * Self-directed, innovative, and well organized * Detail oriented with strong analytical skills * Solutions and results driven * Able to drive continuous improvement * Knowledgeable on ISO processes * Visual ERP system experience * Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills Thank you for your interest in **Advanced Flow Systems**.
