Our awesome team is dedicated to providing the ultimate Lux Windows and Doors experience to each and every one of our clients. **Intention:** To consistently provide the ultimate Lux Experience to every client and employee; by mindfully offering the highest level of products, quality, service, and kindness. **Job Purpose:** The primary role is to drive and support growth of the company, while supporting our clients journey, primarily focusing on the New Home Construction and Contractor industry in Calgary and surrounding areas. **Intention:** To consistently provide the ultimate Lux Experience to every client and employee; by mindfully offering the highest level of products, quality, service, and kindness. **Expectations:** * Consistently practice and promote the Lux Windows intention. * Follow company policies and procedures. * Comply with safe work practices and health and safety legislations, policies, and procedures. * Successfully and accurately complete daily tasks and meet deadlines. * Keep work areas neat and orderly. * Effectively communicate and attentively listen with clients and coworkers. * Commit to self-improvement. * Actively contribute to continuous improvement. * Follow managers directions and promote teamwork. * Seek constructive and positive approaches to resolve workplace issues. * Commitment to internal customer service and support. * Exercise organizational and time management skills. * Practice good attendance and punctuality. * Acceptance of miscellaneous duties as required. **Role Responsibilities:** * To have a clear knowledge and understanding of all products offered by Lux Windows. * Research existing and prospective markets, clients, and competitors. * Strive to find new customers and areas to help with companys growth. * Cultivate lasting relationships with customers to grow customer loyalty. * Work with customers to better understand their business needs and goals. * Respond quickly, professionally, and effectively to customer inquiries, and/or concerns. * Systematically develop business relationships and professional network to gather market intelligence. * Help identify opportunities to introduce innovative new products/services. * Follow up on leads and pursue new sales opportunities. * Quote small and large-scale projects from blueprints, window schedules and/or material lists. * Prepare presentations on Lux products through showroom and site visits. * Handle customer/client concerns effectively. * Review all orders for accuracy before submitting. * Strive to consistently meet tight deadlines and work under pressure. * Entertain clients, etc. sporting events, activities, social events, dinner, lunch and/or coffee dates. * Travel to meet with existing or potential new clients. * Participate in trade shows, industry events, training opportunities, sales meetings, and client meetings. * Complete sales transactions and all necessary paperwork including payments. **Requirements:** * Bachelors degree in Business Administration or relevant field experience a strong asset. * A minimum of 3+ years experience in a similar role. * Ability to read and interpret blueprint drawings. * In-depth knowledge of technical sales skills and best practices. * Proven experience in customer relationship management. * Formal presentation skills. * Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint). * Experience with ERP and CRM systems. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Ability to build healthy relationships with clients and employees. * Attention to details. * Problem-solving aptitude. * A customer-oriented mindset. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
