JBS Equipment is seeking a dynamic and driven **Marketing Manager** to lead our branding and marketing efforts across Canada and internationally. In this role, you will manage digital marketing, advertising campaigns, public relations, social media, promotional materials, and dealer marketing support. Youll also help bring our brand to life at tradeshows, events, and through our JBS Motorsports sponsorships. **Responsibilities:** * **Lead Marketing Efforts**: Develop and execute digital and traditional marketing campaigns, manage websites and social media, and ensure brand consistency. * **Support Sales & Dealers**: Provide marketing tools and insights to support sales and dealer performance. * **Coordinate Events & Tradeshows**: Plan and organize company events and industry tradeshows. * **Create Content & Materials**: Produce promotional materials, videos, press releases, and product manuals. * **Manage Motorsports Marketing**: Oversee sponsorships, branding, and social media for JBS Motorsports. * **Conduct Market Research**: Analyze trends, sales data, and competitors to inform strategy. **Qualifications:** * Degree or Diploma in Business, preferably Marketing, or equivalent professional experience. * 3-5 years of marketing and communication experience is preferred. * Previous experience with managing a team and budgets is required. * Experience with creating digital paid and organic Google and social media campaigns * Experience with creating and managing Google Ad words and assessing Google analytics * Proficiency in WordPress, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) * Ability to interpret engineering drawings for scaling of decals/logos * Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working both independently and in cross-functional teams. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Highly organized with the ability to multitask and work under pressure. * Ability to work at a high rate of productivity in a fast-paced environment and be a team player. * Ability to communicate fluently on both verbal and written English. * Professional demeanor and superior customer service skills We value our employees and offer a comprehensive compensation plan including a competitive salary and a benefit package consisting of Health, Dental, matching group RRSP and a great working environment.
