Job Title

**Position Summary** This position is responsible for cutting the laminate countertops according to the job design. This is very precise work and is done on either a table saw or laminate mitre saw. **Job Duties and Responsibilities** * Safely move countertops from carts to a saw * Read shop work order to determine scope of project * Check product for imperfections and ensures that the company is able to make the best use of the material * Maximize product usage and ensure pattern and color match * Cut jobs and confirm each piece matches job details * Label pieces to flow properly through the shop * Maintain saws and their components * Keep working area clean, machinery and tools order * Work in a safe manner that complies with all safety guidelines * Contribute to team effort and complete other duties as required or assigned. **Qualifications** * Knowledge and experience in woodworking * Outstanding attendance and punctuality * Strong attention to details * Basic math * Ability to lift 85 lbs. **Why work for Colonial?** We take pride in a work environment thats inclusive, and team oriented.
