In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring that our guests receive the highest level of service while maintaining the hotel''s reputation as a top choice in the area. **Responsibilities** * Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure optimal guest satisfaction. * Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations. * Develop and implement strategies to enhance hotel revenue and occupancy rates. * Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations as well as company policies. * Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and forecasting. * Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration. * Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in hotel management, or a diploma in Hotel Management, Tourism, or a related field is preferred. * Prior experience as a **Front Office Manager** is a strong asset. * Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to analyze financial reports and develop budgets effectively. * Customer-focused mindset with a passion for hospitality.
