We are currently looking for an organized, reliable Logistic Assistant with a precise attention to detail. This is an in-person role based in our Burnaby office, you will help to manage purchasing, warehousing, distribution, forecasting, and/or customer service. **Job Responsibilities:** Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Maintain accurate records and files of inventory usage in the ERP system. * Coordinate warehousing and storeroom activities with outside agencies and organizations. * Develop delivery schedules and drop shipment strategies. * Work with carrier and third-party services. * Assisting customers and resolving shipment issues and complaints. * Receive incoming shipments and prepare outgoing shipments. * Reviewing and verifying product details like price, weight and other labelling essentials. * Assist logistics coordinator, warehouse specialists, and other team members when needed to meet tight deadlines. **Job Requirements:** * Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. * Excellent time management and organizational skills. * Strong command of English language and good communication skills. * Excellent Knowledge of MS office (Such as Microsoft Excel) * Familiarity with ERP and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships. * Ability to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 25-30 pounds. **What we bring to the table:** * A culture of teamwork and collaboration. * Opportunities for advancement.
